How do IPTV reseller credits work?

Credits are the balance used for supported subscription actions in your panel. The number deducted can depend on duration and connection allowance. Ask for the current credit-to-duration table before paying; one credit should not be assumed to equal a fixed number of months.

What is the minimum reseller package?

The starting package is 10 credits for €149.99. You can also choose 20 credits for €299.99 or 50 credits for €699.99. The form shows the package total and price per credit before you submit.

Can I top up my existing reseller panel?

Yes. Choose Top-Up / Add Credits to Existing Panel and enter your existing username. We confirm that the panel is compatible before sending payment instructions.

Do unused credits expire?

The advertised packages include non-expiring unused credits. Active customer subscriptions still have their own expiry dates based on the duration activated.

Can I create trial accounts?

The packages include 24-hour trial creation. Confirm any limits or conditions for your panel with support before ordering.

Are a custom domain and sub-resellers included?

Sub-reseller creation and custom DNS assistance are listed package features. Available permissions, domain ownership and any external domain registration costs must be confirmed for your setup before payment.

When will I receive panel access?

We usually send the panel credentials and access link by email and WhatsApp within 15–30 minutes after payment verification. Top-ups are applied to the confirmed existing account. Busy periods or additional verification can take longer.

How do I pay for reseller credits?

Select your preferred payment method in the request form. We confirm your package and send payment instructions separately. This page never asks for card numbers or wallet recovery phrases.

Can I use the customer subscription refund policy for reseller credits?

Ask us to confirm reseller-specific refund conditions before payment. Do not assume the retail subscription guarantee applies to credits that have already been added or used.
