Find your device. Start watching.

These general steps help you get started. Exact menus depend on your device and the player you choose.

Smart TV (Samsung / LG)

Check which compatible IPTV player is available in your TV’s official app store.
Open your player and note the login format it supports: Xtream Codes, M3U playlist or device activation.
Enter the account details supplied after activation. For device activation, send the app’s MAC address or key to support.
Refresh the playlist and open a channel. If you need help, send us your TV model and app name.

Firestick / Android Box

Choose a compatible IPTV player available for your device.
Open the player and choose the login format that matches the credentials you received.
For Xtream Codes, enter the server URL, username and password exactly as supplied. For M3U, paste your playlist URL.
Allow the library to load. Contact support if the playlist does not appear.

Apple TV / iPhone / iPad

Install a compatible player from your device’s official app store.
Select the M3U or Xtream Codes login option supported by the app.
Add the details supplied by support and wait for the library to load.
App subscriptions or player licenses, when required, are separate from your service plan.

MAG Box

Choose Hardware Portal / Device Box in your request.
Send the device MAC address shown in its settings.
Use the portal address and instructions supplied for your exact device model.
Restart the device after saving settings and contact support if the portal does not load.

PC / Windows

Use a compatible player that supports the account format supplied to you.
Add your playlist URL or Xtream Codes details.
Refresh the playlist, then select a live channel or on-demand title.
Keep your login private and contact support with the player name if you need assistance.
